When you use search or view listings we record how the site is used so we can operate and improve London Development Sites. This includes:
- the search question and filters you applied (we strip obvious email addresses and phone numbers from stored query text);
- how many results were returned, which listings were shown, and subsequent listing views or clicks through to an agent’s own website;

We use service providers to host the site, send email, take payment (Stripe), moderate content, look up addresses and maps (including Ordnance Survey where configured), and — when you submit listing text or a brochure, or type a search — to interpret that text using OpenAI. Those providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
We also use public registers and open data, including HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, Planning Data (England), and the National Heritage List for England. Price Paid records are residential transaction data. We only show a registered sale against a site when a conservative match to a land parcel succeeds.
