All your listing charges are combined into one monthly Stripe invoice (typically around the 1st).

Do I need a payment method before I submit?: You can submit first. To go live after approval you need a usable payment method on file. Add one from your account page at any time.
Is there a minimum commitment?: No. £10 + VAT covers one listing for one month. There is no setup fee or long-term contract.
What happens if payment fails?: Stripe retries and handles collection reminders. Update your card via Manage billing on your account page. Listings awaiting payment can reinstate once billing is healthy again.
Can I pause a listing?: Yes. You can pause or withdraw a listing at any time. The current listing-month remains charged, but there are no further renewals while it is paused.
Can I list commercial sites?: Yes — the same £10 + VAT per listing per month applies to residential and commercial development sites.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?: All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate on your Stripe invoice.
How do I get started?: Add a site — it takes a few minutes. You can add a payment method whenever you are ready for the listing to go live after approval.
