How listing credits work
Add credits to your estate agent account — from a single listing-month to a bulk bundle. Credits are valid for 12 months.

Our team checks your listing. Once approved, it goes live automatically when you have at least one credit on your account. One credit covers one site for one month.

- Do I need credits before I submit?
- We recommend topping up before or when you submit so approved listings can go live straight away. You can also add credits from your account page at any time.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- No. Start with a single £10 credit — one site, one month. No contract and no setup fee.
- What happens when my credits run out?
- Your live listings continue renewing automatically — we use credits first, then bill pay-as-you-go at £10 per listing-month (+ VAT) until you top up. Newly approved listings still need at least one prepaid credit before they can go live. You can add credits at any time from your account page.
- Can I pause a listing?
- Yes. Pause any active listing from your account page at any time. Your credit clock freezes and your remaining days are saved. When you resume, those days are restored — you never lose time you have already paid for.
- Can I list commercial sites?
- Yes — credits apply to residential and commercial development sites equally.
- Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
- All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.
